Hey guys,


I replaced my LR strut with no issue, but the lone bottom flange bolt on my RR strut needs to be cut out as it is impossible to remove otherwise.


I have scoured via Google and this site trying to find the correct size of this bolt and I have not found it.


Can anyone tell me the size of this bolt, where I can find a replacement and any other helpful info?

Do you mean one of the two nuts that mount the upper strut end to frame or the strut/lower arm bolted pin connection? There is no flange at lower end.

The lower strut/lower arm bolt is a 12mm (bolt diameter) x 84mm length. It is a high strength bolt and should be purchased from Honda. Hardware store bolts are not high strength.

I meant the one lower bolt. What type of metal is this? Also, I can't find that bolt on any Honda parts website. .

 

Bolt is high strength steel. See attached parts diagram. It's part 17, available from any Honda parts website or parts house.
