Question 92 accord ignition output signal

'92 ACCORD EX - 2.2L F22A6 - AUTO -- NO START/ NO SPARK

DO I NEED A NEW TCU?

PREVIOUS SYMPTOMS: CEL light at 40mph, running rough, key is hard to turn in ignition, poor mileage
END RESULT: Car died while slowing down at stop light. Cranks but won't turn over
DIAGNOSTICS: OBD Codes 43, 6, 1 - I only have a test light but found no signal at black & yellow wires at distributor cap, no pulse at igniter, no spark at coil or plug wires. Visually inspected ECT sensor. Fuel pump sounds like it is running when car is in start. Have fuel at injectors.
Disconnected battery to clear codes. New code 15 but no 43, 6, 1
HISTORY: 252K miles, recent oil change, new plugs & wires, air conditioner compressor doesn't work, gas mileage is averaging 18 MPG running premium (not good). Has small oil leak.

Blk/Yel wire at the distributor should be hot w/ key at On or Start. If not, suggests fuse or ignition switch fault. Suggest solving this definite problem before addressing codes. Code 15 is missing ignition output signal, but w/o power this would be expected.

Thank you for the link. It was very helpful.
There is power at the black/yellow wires.
All the relays and fuses are good so I looked at the TCU and it appears as though a soda was spilled in the car and it somehow wicked it's way into one of the connectors and the corresponding plug. I don't see any shorts or burn marks on the board but it sure was sticky!
