Headlights don't turn on.. brake pedal doesnt turn on brake lights.

Update: Was messing with the car today and checked my voltage regulator, somewhere in between that and checking my fuses again the fuses lost all power, and my toggles no longer light up. Battery is still reading 12.56 like it has been the whole time.. Autozone said it checks out fine, Alternator checks out fine, starter wouldnt be causing this much issue but it checks out fine its not THAT old.

Getting butt hurt about this.. dont want to scrap the car because I have no idea how to fix it and I dont have any Oregon mechanic buddies that know electrical in a 1G

You have an issue with power from the battery. Think about it this way, even with the key out of the car the headlights should still turn on.

So back to the battery - tested good. Take your volt meter and re-test the underhood fuses and connections.
