I've been working on getting my 1984 honda accord back on the road after sitting for long period of time after an incomplete clutch replacement. I've spent the last few weeks finishing up the clutch replacement and now I've run into a wire around the engine harness that is disconnected (see Attached images), can anyone please help me to find where this connects?

It's a ground lead. Look for a bolt or nut that was removed to do some work, intake manifold or engine. Given limited length available, the connection point must be close.
