Default Mysterious Starting Issues - 95 Accord

I have a 95 Honda Accord Station Wagon with just over 300,000 miles on it. After not being started for 10 days over Spring Break it wouldn't start. A neighbor helped with some diagnosis and we determined that the fuel pump was not cycling on. Replaced the fuel pump (original) and it started right up. However, later when I went to start it again the fuel pump did not cycle on. We replaced the fuel relay (Mitsuba RZ-0088) and it started right up. Tried it over and over and it seemed fine. However, again, when I went out to start it later it would not start and the fuel pump was not cycling on. Running out of ideas. Am I missing something basic?

You need to verify that you are getting power to the fuel pump when it is not turning on.

There is an access panel in the trunk that you remove. Inside there is a three-pin connector. I would back-probe the yellow (or yellow black) wire. When you turn the key to the II position, there should be voltage.

I would use a test light, because it is easier to see the light turn on. I can provide more details later if you need them.

Default Check for lose wires

I had a issue very close to this, mine ended up being a lose wire connection I discovered this by turning the inigition on, and then i started to move the wires around on my fuel pump, and I heard it cycle on when i touched one of the wires,
