Question 91 Accord Mysterious issue

I have a 91 accordex 5spd 4dr 4cyl. I recently bought the car and shortly after that it started doing this weird jerking/loss of motor power thing. After a few times of that it popped up code 43 (fuel supply system defective OR malfunctioning fuel supply system). I figured it being so old it probably needed a lil tlc and in the last month have cleaned the EGR Valve and IACV.
On top of that I have replaced these:

New Distributor(2x)
NGK Plugs
Honda Wires
Cap & Rotor
O2 Sensor (2x)
TPMS
Fuel Filter
Fuel Pump
ECM(2x)
Injectors
Today I discovered that the 02 sensor connnector is reading a higher ohms than it should. I read something about there being a wiring issue with the o2 sensor and somthing to do with a ground wire. I am at my wits end with trying to figure out what the problem is and it's costing me so much money too. Please help me if you can. Thank you for your time.

I believe Code 43 means that fuel mixture is incorrect. This can happen for many reasons; o2 sensor, fuel pressure, intake air leak. Suggest inspecting for intake air leaks.

O2 sensor heater resistance will set a CEL code if it's faulty; open or shorted. Resistance measurements are notoriously variable.

good luck
