Default 1985 Honda Accord Idle Problem.

The problem is when A/C is turned on, idle drops down to 200. Honda no longer manuf. Idle Control Solenoid Valve, gotten some from the junk yard. Mechanic tested ones from junk yard, functioning. Checked vacuum lines, all seem fine. I read a thread on here talking about base idle speed. Right now the idle once engine is warmed up is 1400, when put into gear around 600-700. Once A/C is turned on, in park 400-500, in gear down to 200 and alot of shaking. The Carb was recently rebuilt, new fuel filter at tank, new Carb plate. My mechanic has done alot to this car and the last thing is this idle issue. Any help would be much appreciated, thx.

2nd gens, I'll be honest, I'm not that good with. 3rds, well I get better.

Anyway, there should be an AC Boost valve/solenoid, again using the 3rd gen carb's. Most of the 3rd gens had this on the drivers/left side of the car......

Yes the solenoid/valve I got at the junk yard, replaced. It is functioning, didn't make a difference.
