Talking 1991 accord clutch

Is there a way to adjust a clutch pedal on a 1991 accord ex?

The clutch system is hydraulic. If you're having pedal issues you might want to check the fluid level... the clutch fluid reservoir is next to the brake fluid reservoir under the hood. You could also try bleeding the system... the bleeder bolt is located on the slave cylinder which is near the starter motor.

Yeah, there's an adjustment on the piston rod behind the clutch pedal. But please go by the correct pedal height from a shop manual. The hydraulic cylinder needs to be positioned correctly in order to operate right. You shouldn't just raise & lower the pedal to suit you unless you want hydraulic problems in the future.

Proper adjustment of the pushrod between the clutch pedal & the MC? I don't have a shop manual for 91 so I don't know the specifics.

You can try reverse bleeding. Use a pressure-bleeder (or some kind of syringe) to inject brake fluid into the bleeder, so it comes out into the MC reservoir.

I also remember a post where a mis-adjusted push rod caused the new master to have a "stuck" piston...not saying that has happened but when you check the adjustment be sure the piston on the master isn't stuck in.
