Default 1991 Accord Ex No spark, New coil, New ignitor

I have a 1991 honda accord that will not start, Replaced main relay for fuel issue of not turning on pump. that is now fixed and have great fuel pressure. Now the issue came up was no spark I have replaced the Ignition coil with a brand new one and also ignitor with still no spark, have checked the Ecu fuse and also checked all grounds.... Could it be a faulty ECU?

Check blk/yel wire at distributor for power w/ key in On position. It should have 12V. If 12V missing, ignition keyswitch is likely if you've checked ignition fuse.

Is Check Engine Light on? If yes, get the codes (see DiY forum).

good luck
