1991 accord won't start
OK, so I have a problem like the other guy, only it is the fuel side. Its a really odd one to me.
I initally thought it was spark related because i was checking for a bad cylinder, so i pulled the plugs one at a time, while i had the plug wire pulled off, it arc'd on the valve cover a bunch and the car died. i thought it was surely an ignition problem, so i hooked up the timing light, and every wire is getting fire. so i thought it was a fuse connected to the computer or something, i found a blown fuse and replaced it, stillnothing. so i loosened the fuel line, and turned the key and it sprayed out! so im down to the injectors i think.
but the odd thing is i sprayed ether into the intake and it didn't fire at all, so could the wires not be firing even though the timing light is picking something up?

Replace the spark plugs if they are due. What fuse was blown?
One wire (all the same color) going to each injector should have 12V when the key is in the II position at all times. Test that each wire has 12V.
The other wire gets grounded by the ECU to open the injector. The resistance across on the two terminals injector should be the same (2.2 ohms I think).
If you have a 12V test light, unplug an injector and attach the light across the plug. When you try to start the car, the light should flash on each injector.
Let us know what you find.
