Unhappy 1993 Accord - cooling fan don't turn on

I searched in the forum but could not find an answer. My sister's 1993 Honda Accord broke down this weekend. She said the car overheated. I took a look and noticed all the coolant was gone & was leaking from underneath the car. I managed to find that a "bypass cooling hose" was the source of all the leak. I changed the hose. put in new coolant. started the car. car warmed up but cooling fans would not turn on even when the coolant was hot. I tested both fans & they fine. what can I do next?

Thank you guys in advance!

chk fuses, relays, t-stat opening up ?? could also be a bad sensor for the fans located on the t-stat housing ,,

if t-stat opens on time, unplug the connector and jump the wires together if fans come on you got a bad sensor

read this, it will help to diagnose

Diagnosing almost always works better than guessing...
