Default 1993 Honda Accord Electric Fan removal question

I am replacing the Radiator on my 1993 Accord, and i am having a problem removing the PASSENGER side Electric Radiator fan.

The top bolts were no problem at all, it's the bottom 2 that i having a bitch of a time getting out.

2 of the bottom bolts are quite rusty and seem like they can't /won't loosen.

Are all the bolts supposed to be removed?, (I recall 3 on the bottom, and 1 came out quite easy, )or i supposed to pull up on the fan and the Y shaped ends become detached without removing these 2 bolts?

The bolts will have to be loosened a bit to allow the fan to pull up. Just like the drivers side fan the two at the bottom of the pass side fan are "Y" or "U" shaped.
