Question 1994 timing belt lower cover re-install??

Trying to get the lower timing belt cover back on. It came off not to bad with some turning and lowering till it was rotated about 90 degrees. Is there any tips/tricks videos how to re-install it? How low should the motor be lowered to make it easier? Does the cover have to be rotated to start with or just try to slide it straight up? Tried for about 45min different ways to get it on then gave up for today.

That is kind of a pain to reinstall. The best tip I got was from an ericthecarguy video I purchased for ~$10 from his site on the install. He unbolted the driver side of the cross-member and use a prybar to pull it down to help with clearance of the lower cover.

Cross member what.. Sorry no need to mess with that, with the engine mount off just lower or raise the engine w/ a jack as needed to get it in.
