Default 1995 Accord Alternator 2.7L

so I put in a second rebuilt Denso Alternator and still getting some pulsing on my console. headlights seem fine as I have LEDs, slight pulsing on tail lights at night. no other issues otherwise.

should I put in a NEW alternator vs a Rebuild? there are not many options but 1. Duralast Gold $220 - https://www.autozone.com/batteries-s...ext=alternator
or 2. Parts Geek - https://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/19...lternator.html

RockAuto has no New Alternators for my car.

your thoughts?

bt

Denso rebuilds are usually good quality unless it is a fake. It is possible you have a good alternator and you have some other electrical issue causing the pulsing.

You should hook up a volt meter on your battery and measure the alternator voltage across the battery while the engine is running.

ok, I will test it. I dont think its a fake from RockAuto. It came in a Denso box. everything about it appears legit.

I was just throwing that out there about a possible fake, but rockauto is pretty reputable. Let us know the voltage, then we can give you some other items to test.
