Hi I could not find a similar post on my 1995 Honda Accord V6 most of the time it has to be jumped from the battery to the small wire on the starter in order to get it to start.
I am assuming there's a short in that wire but it runs into a harness and I'm not sure how to replace the wire.
Vehicle has new starter new neutral safety switch new ignition switch cleaning cable connections.

Just find a used harness and replace it. Or you can fix the existing harness.
