Default 1999 Accord V6 Instrument Cluster Dead

Hi all, I just took possession of my grandmothers 1999 Accord V6 with 86,000 miles on it. Right after we got it the instrument cluster died. All gauges (RPM, Speedo, fuel, temp, ODO, ect) quit working. I have pulled and checked fuses on the drivers side panel, pulled the cluster and took off and re-attached all wires, and checked all ground wires I can find. Oddly all lights work still which seems to be the most common issue with the cluster. Does anyone have any suggestions or specific things to check (specific wire locations) before I pull the trigger and take it to a speedo shop? Any help is appreciated!

Edit - Was looking at the wrong shop manual.

The yellow wire is in the 11th slot of the B electrical connector on the cluster and powers the gauges. I don't have a manual with the connectors, but the B connector has at least 22 possible wires. It is probably the largest connector to the gauge cluster. Honda usually numbers wires through each row, so count 11 spots from the end to find that wire (it could be on the end if your connector has rows of 11). The yellow wire at pin B11 should have 12V with the key turned to the II position.
