I've got 2 handheld scanners and both of them showed no codes. What you thinking for me to do next?

Without a more sophisticated diag tool everything points to the egr flapping. Personally I don't buy anything put OE parts for the engine but a dorman should be good for the tps. The code you have along with the engine being good with it unplugged I would replace it.

So you're thinking I need to replace the EGR valve? Why isn't it throwing a code with the egr unplugged?
