Default 2000 Accord Hazards but no turn signal

Hey guys, I ran into a problem last night after installing my new aftermarket stereo. I disconnected the negative terminal of my battery as I read you should and got everything working. But in the process I accidentally broke the hazard button, not really a big deal but it doesn't spring back into place anymore so I figured I would leave it disconnect.

Then this morning I realized that my turn signals no longer worked. After I got home from work I plugged my hazard switch back in and still no turn signals. My hazards work just fine just no turn signal. So I've been scouring the internet and I guess it might be the turn signal relay? I'm not sure so I thought I'd ask and see what you guys thought.

If it is the signal relay then will I basically just need to follow this guide to get it fixed? how to change a turn signal (hazards) relay: 03 honda civic dx - Honda-Tech

Thanks in advance!

It may still be the hazard switch.
