2000 Accord LX Crank No Start

The "key light" should go off, if it is staying on there is an issue. However it could be the same issue as not not being able to communicate with the PCM.

Do you know any history other than the owner said the car won't start? Was there an issue and some work done that lead up to this?

On the drivers end of the plenum there is the main ground for the PCM, check that it is attached, clean and tight.

I bought it from some guy that came into my work and he bought it off his neighbor, but he couldn't figure it out but only messed with it for a few days then gave it to me. He said she drove it home one day with no issues then the next morning it wouldn't start.
