Default 2000 honda accord engine overheats but I have no heat inside the car,but the blower

My 2000 honda accord with the 2.3 tech engine is overheating but I have no heat inside the car,and the blower motor is working. The bottom radiator hose is cold and so is both heater hoses.

Check the thermostat, if is stuck closed that will happen.

When the engine is cold, remove the radiator cap and make sure the radiator is filled with coolant. The "clear" overflow bottle with the level is not enough to ensure your radiator is filled.

If you replace the thermostat, I'd recommend getting the thermostat from Honda.
