I have a 92 accord that overheats at stop lights or when sitting idle but cools down when in motion. The fans only come on when I turn the car completely off. Also, my AC blows cod for a while then goes warm. Are these problems connected? what can I do to fix these things?

When you turn the ac on do BOTH cooling fans come on?

To go along with the thread Poorman212 posted above, these attached images show thermoswitch A, which is used to turn on the fans when the car is on.
