Hello!

The Car: 2002 Accord EX V6, 4 Door with 4speed auto.

I am a new member and have started to work on my Wife's 2002 Accord v6. Right now am running in to an interesting issue. It appears that the where the radio antenna resides is leaking water.

1. I wanted to confirm that on the top of the rear window in the middle the little bump there is the radio.

2. Has anyone taken this appart before? I am a little nervous to pull the plastic cap off without someone having done this before.

3. Has anyone had this leak before?

XM satellite antenna?

 

No, No xm in the car. This bump / box is on the inside of the window... sorry for not specifying.

 

picture of the bump/box? it may be the interface for the rear defrost.

 

 

That should be for the antenna. The top couple wires on the window are antenna, the defogger/heater wires are the lower 3/4 of the window.
