2002 Honda Accord EX 2.3 ULEV a parasitic draw, please help

Do the wires with voltage have voltage with the key off? For the wires without voltage, do they have continuity to ground?

For the wires with voltage, start pulling one fuse at a time and see which fuse kills the power. I'd start with the engine bay fuse box.

Yep , that's my next step , was gonna see what fuse killed the test light , to be continued..lol
