Default 2003 accord a/c blower issue (new here)

2003 honda accord ex 4cyl. A/C heater blower stopped working. Stopped working the other day, then started working for a few days, now has quit again. Blower motor works, used jumper wires to test, all fuses and relays seem to be ok. Noticed a/c compressor clutch not engaged. When restarting engine with blower switch off, then turning blower fan switch on, compressor will engage but only for a second or two. could it be fan switch? If so how do I get the fron of the dash off to access the switch and or test it. Could it be fan tansistor? would that stop the compressor also or just he fan? So many questions i know.

Thank you in addvance for any help

The sticky on the top of this forum called common DIY threads has a link on how to get HVAC codes. It also has a link on how to replace the transistor (or repair).

Test for HVAC codes first. If you get the transistor code, then I would replace/repair. There are a couple of items that I should change in the repair writeup, so let me know if you decide to go that route.
