the A/C fan won't start and I took it for check up the tech nician said all the fuses and relays are good, but the Fan is not getting any ground. he suggested it could the Electrical circuit board behind on the dash board behind the radio. I look through the net and came up also with a guess on it might be the Thermistor. Do you have any sugestions?

 

May I ask why the Auto Tecnician did not know the answer after he looked at your car?

Well, the technician only performed a free coupon a/c check which does not include taking apart the dash board. he only check the surface stuff.
