This is a difficult question to answer without know what if any damage was done to the engine. If the head is fine and the chain did not crack anything when it jumped then you're would be looking at a minimum of replacing the chain, chain guides and chain tensioner. The last time that I did one of these the parts and labor ran around $1,400. That was with Honda parts. That being said it depends on where you live and what the parts and labor go for in your area. Needless to say, if there is no damage then it is cheaper to replace the chain, tensioner and guides. That is just my shop advice.

Labor will be expensive to replace the timing chain. What happened to the chain? How may teeth did the timing jump?
