Default 2003 Honda accord brake issues

I’m working on a 2003 honda accord lx with the v6
the issue I have is all the brakes are locking up when you first get in it’s fine after driving it for a little bit and using the brakes they start to lock it acts like I’m pumping fluid in to the calipers but the caliper is not releasing I have checked to see if fluid was able to get back threw the hose and it can so I decided to change both front calipers but it is still doing the same thing but I noticed it all the brakes not just the front but if I let it set for 10 minutes or so it’s fine the brake decompress like they should be im thinking the master cylinder could be sticking or the brake booster is building to much pressure anyone ever had this issue

I've never had this issue on my car. If all four brakes are locking up, then look upstream of all four calipers, so the master cylinder would be high on the list. Is the brake fluid dot 3 or dot 4 and were the brake lines ever flushed?

Agree with PA sounds like a master cylinder issue
