Here is a copy of the Honda technical service bulletin:

Looks like the key interlock repair kit was specifically distributed for this recall, as normally, such a kit is not available for most Hondas. Normally, the whole steering lock assembly is replaced.

Just called my local dealership n was told for parts, labor, n program the key is gonna run me around 450-500 dollars. Wow. Wasn't expecting that. I even called American Honda about tht ignition recall and was told my car didn't qualify according to the vehicle pin number
