Default 2005 Accord Hard Steering at Low Speeds

I have a 2005 Honda Accord Ex 4 cylinder with 295,000 miles (yeah, you read that right). A few months ago I replaced the power steering pump. Been working great up until the last week or so. Shortly after I start the car and start driving, power steering is virtually non-existent at low speed turns. Checked the power steering reservoir and there's some bubbling but no signs of fluid foaming or being low. No noise from pump (squealing or whining). After I've been driving for about 5-10 minutes, steering is fine. Is the rack going?

Were you having the same issue before you replaced the pump?

How much bubbling are you seeing? When you replaced the pump, did you use a new o-ring on the power steering line?

I replaced the pulley and pump in April. The pulley snapped. Well tonight, I found cracking in the new pulley. What's causing repeated cracking?!? Is tension off or something
