2006 Accord read squeaking sound

For the location of the bushings, just follow the anti-sway bar from the endlink towards the center-line of the vehicle. The only item you will see is the metal bracket holding down the rubber bushing on each side of the vehicle. It is maybe a few feet away from the end-links. Very easy to locate and replace. Just did this on my TSX and access is pretty decent in the back. My TSX had movement in the bushings and you really should have no movement at the bushing.

Ball joints can get worn & become loose so they make clunking sounds. But if the boot tears, the grease gets washed out, they can also corrode inside, get really hard to move, & make some kinds of creaking sounds. Hard to tell exactly what the sound is when someone says "squeak" on a forum.

I was just offering another thing to check out in line with the general health of the suspension. Nearly everything on the car has more than one way to fail. I've been fooled by things that don't sound the same as the "more common" failure of a part.

The links are #s 8&9 and the bushings are #6

Changed the rear stabilizers and noise is gone. That was no fun, one of them kept spinning even with the vise grips so I had to cut it off with the torch.

I used a cutoff wheel when I did mine, as I was removing them anyway way.

Good you got it fixed. The links are something no one thinks about replacing unless they have been through it before. I usually replace them every 100k since they are cheap and easy to do.
