Default 2006 Honda accord car won't start after changing fuel pump

So a little backstory I have a 2006 honda accord lx 2.4l and a couple weeks ago I ran into the problem where my car won't start up and I determined it had to be something along the fuel pump. I had checked the fuel pressure with a test kit and my car would lose pressure immediately after the pump primes itself. So I order a replacement online and it got here 2 days ago and I replaced the whole fuel module and I got the car to start again but that would only be short lived for the the 2 days it was running fine except this one time it start to struggle to start for like 3 secs and I pressed the gas and it started up but just last night it started doing the same thing it wouldn't want to start until the 3rd try. I was able to get to the store and get off get my things and go back to my car but this time it starts up fine. go back home and wake up the next morning and now my car doesn't want to start up. Even after 10 times it didn't want to start. I did have a CEL and hooked up the obd 2 and I got the code p1172. I looked it up and it has to do with the voltage from the AIR/FUEL BANK 1 SENSOR . I couldn't get much info out of it and now I'm stuck. Wondering if anybody has any insight and how to go about with the code p1172 cause I do believe that's what is inhibiting the car from turning on. Thanks in advance!

Any recent work done on the car before this issue happened?

Repeat the fuel pressure test with the new fuel pump installed when it primes and also when or if you get the engine running.

p1172 won't cause the car to not start. You can try unplugging the upstream O2 sensor electrical connector and see if it runs.
