2006 Honda Accord SE Oil Pan Removal - Not V6

Default 2006 Honda Accord SE Oil Pan Removal - Not V6

I need a little here forum! I have followed the repair manual and I am stuck. I have all the bolts off and the oil pan off the engine, but it does not clear the frame to be remove all the way out. Am i missing something here?

2. This other link refers to a mechanic's other way by removing the side engine mount, then use a jack and a block of wood under the pulley to raise the engine a little for the pan to clear.

Usually by loosening the sub frame bolts (don't remove) and placing a jack and wooden block under the transmission to lift the engine/transmission you will get clearance to remove it.
