I noticed my passenger side engine mount has cracking in the rubber. I attached a photo. The car is 13 years old and the mounts have not been changed. Is the cracking a sign I should replace? Appreciate your thoughts, thanks!

 

Definitely replace. If you plan on keeping the car for any length of time, I'd recommend OEM mounts; they aren't cheap, but they last a good long time and help dampen engine vibrations extremely well. If you are planning on selling the car, many have had good luck with mounts from RockAuto, but they don't tend to last as long or dampen quite as well.
