Default 2008 accord - windshield washer nozzles. Can they be adjusted?

My new accord has under-the-hood clip-on type as opposed to (the better designed??) surface-mounted nozzles. At speed, the fluid barely reaches the wipers let alone the windshield (yikes!). Lookslike the nozzles can accept a small flat screwdriver for up-and-down (as opposed to omnidirectional ball-type nozzle) adjustements. Does anyone know this for certain? Last thing I want to do is to try adjusting only to break and have to buy a replacement nozzle assembly. Any help and pics would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Try holding the washer button for an obnoxiously LONG time, to flush out the lines. That has worked on the rear washer on a couple of my cars.

Got a warranty?? That cant be normal. Ask the dealer to show you how they work on other cars on his lot.

Possibly a pump that isnt working properly??
