The moon roof switch haven’t touched the moon roof motor as yet cause I have to take down the roof liner and I’d like to avoid doing that if possible unless the motor is bad and then I’d have no choice but to take it down to replace the motor

 

Looked again, and you are probably saying the light green wire has power. There is a "regular" green colored wire that powers the motor.

The moonroof control module/motor combo green wire should have a 12V when you get to that connector. I'm not sure if you can easily access without pulling the head liner.

The tricky part of this is that the control module gets communication from the multiplex control unit. I'm not sure how you can rule it out unless you have access to a scanner with some more advanced functions.
