Hi all,

My wife was driving the other day and the wipers stopped working mid windshield. She said she tried to move them back but they were locked so she turned the car off. I tested them the wiper moved fine. I checked the fuses under dash and and hood fuses are fine. My washer pump does work. What could be the cause. I’m pretty handy changing parts but don’t have enough experience working on electrical to start poking around with meters. Any thoughts?
