2012 Honda Accord LX auto I4 EGR valve location
The EGR is on the driver's side of the cylinder head. Look at some youtube videos on how to replace to get the location.
What issue are you trying to resolve? The EGR valve doesn't typically need cleaned. The tubing can get clogged with carbon over time. This was common on older accords (90-02), but it is possible on newer accords. I don't think a newer accord like yours will have the small passages like older accords.
