Does anyone know the location of the keyless control unit of a 98 coupe v6?
I know for sedans they are located on the driverside dash.

 

It depends on trim level (e.g., EX, SE, LX, DX), not coupe or sedan.

EX and SE (2000 Accord had SE trim level) came with factory installed keyless entry/security system. For the EX and SE, it is part of the multiplex control unit.

LX did not come with keyless entry; it was an accessory that could be added on. If it was dealer-installed, usually the unit was installed behind the driver's dashboard lower cover.

 

I have aLX with the accesory.. so that means i can't use the multiplex right?
