Default 90 honda accord ex trans problem

Hi guys new here to the forum but ive had my car for about 3 years now.My problem is the trans went out about 6 months ago.I got a new one and put it in last week with a new clutch flywheel and throw out bearing.i drove it down the street and back and now when i push the clutch to the floor i hear a whinning noise. If i let it up about 2 inches off the floor it goes away but its still hard to get in gear. All advice will help greatly.

Did you bleed the clutch with fresh fluid & get all the air out?

I assume the trans is in neutral... What if you get the trans in gear? What happens to the noise as you begin letting up the clutch pedal?

Ok more in detail. When the car is in nuetral or in gear clutch all the way to the floor i hear it.When it is in gear and im driving i dont hear it.When i press the clutch to the floor fast it takes about 5 to 10 seconds before i hear it.
