Default 91 Accord Brake Light Issues

My 91 Honda is having similar issue with these safety indicators; all indicators are turned on and turned off unpredictably. When they are on, sometimes the brightness changes.

I traced the wiring diagram shown in the Haynes repair manual(page 12-26), and the fault appears to have something to do with the Safety Indicator Circuit. Suspect an un-named signal from the Safety Indicator Circuit block is pulling to ground that turns on all of these indicators.

Does anyone know where I can get the detail wiring diagram of the Safety Indicator Circuit? I would like to get more understanding of the Safety Indicator Circuit, before pulling out the Instrument Cluster.

Thank you in advance for your help,
Steven

I've moved this to a thread of its own.

Which "indicators" are coming on? The one for the brake lamp or the one that is for the e-brake.

Is continuous or intermittent?

I've noticed that on cold days the brake light out warning appears on my 94EX gauge panel. However goes away after first restart and brake lights are functioning. Probably a tired relay, but I have tried to replace.

good luck
