91 accord cuts off while driving, cel never comes on

so i just put that distributer in this morning. i also did the fuel filter. i drove it and it cut off again. did not even think about all the air in the line seeing as how i did not prime the filter. just took it for a 6 mile test drive. no problems. also did the switch test you recomended, nothing. when i got home my uncle comes over to the car and knocks the dash with a rubber mallot. ill be damned if the cel and battery lights com on with the next turn of the key. hopefully its just the connection in the instument panel

it did not shut off on me. hit the dash and the lights come on. go figure

ok i get in the car turn the key, cel comes on then goes off. i hear the main relay click. start it, as soon as it starts the cel comes back on about the same time i hear another click from the main relay. put it in gear .as soon as it starts to go it dies. any help on this new issue lol

Your ignition switch is intermittent. Tests may not be conclusive. However, loss of CEL when keyswitch is turned On is conclusive for ignition keyswitch.
