Default 92 Accord - cooling fan issues

When I connect both pins on green sensor under hood , fans do not kick on.

You are the end of a long, old thread.

What year is your car? Is the key "on"/pos II when you did this?

It might be best to start a new thread (we are not against that) and give us all of the details about the car, any recent work, what is happening and what has been tested.

Its an 92 accord ex , yes was in on pos 2 , no work done. I got the cat for 500/bucks run drives . I've cleaned the bay, had tk fix bad wiring in the green temp sensor , it used to kick on when i touched the bare wire to something warm . now they don't kick on. Even if it sits there and runs with a/c on they do not kick. When I was re connecting the wires for the green sensor , I think it may have grounded out, I heard a click to my right near power steering when that happened, is that a relay or switch ? How do I go about starting a new thread only joined forum to reply to you lol

From the main page (General Tech), just above the headder there is a "new thread" button.....but since I can , I'll cut this out and make a new one for you.....brb.

Ok, new thread now . I didn't do that to begin with as many times we'll get a "one post and done", so I usually wait to see if they come back.

Ok, back to the issue. Start "backwards". Meaning, put 12v and ground directly to BOTH fans, you can run wires from the battery to the terminals on the connector going to the fan motor(s). Do they run?
