Angry 92 accord electrical issue please help

I have a 92 accord 2dr lx auto stock with like 350k on it. My problem is I have a large drain when key is on. Ok so engine not running key in on position I can watch my voltage drop on the meter super fast guessing 2 volts a minute. When I start the car without anything turned on the battery shows roughly 14 volts. As As soon as I turn anything on lights blower motor etc my voltage drops fast under 12 volts and loses at least on volt a minute. Battery does hold a charge sitting in the car with key off. Also holds out of the vehicle... For 2 weeks at 12.5 v. The alternator was brought in for testing. Passed all test and regulator showed to be working. Couple things I noticed. The battery light comes on when I turn key forward. It never comes on driving though. I am not sure why as I do know the voltage is low. Dash also shows brake light is out... I had a back socket fixed the light issue but light never went off. When I start to lose voltage driving tach and speedo will stop working lights will dim if I have them on and motor will start cutting out. I can usually drive it during the day wo much issue if I don't turn anything on. Lucky to get more than a mile if I use lights blower or wipers. I can though pull over and let idle wo anything else on and it will charge itself back. Any ideas what the issue could be here and where to start. Thanks in advance.

Oh I forgot to mention . Cables are in good shape. Ground is good and my ground strap is also good. Thought is was ELD and replaced fuse box with no change. Just to eliminate some simple problems.

Sounds like an issue with the charging system circuit.

First check that under-dash Fuse No. 2 (15A) is not blown.

If that fuse is okay, check the voltage reading on the Blk/Yel wire at the alternator.

Thanks for your input. My #2 fuse was fine. Vehicle stalled out as soon as I pulled it. Reading on that wire was 13.85v at idle no acc on. Upon further testing at idle I am getting about 14.18 to the battery. This number drops out every 5 seconds or so. Down to 3 or 6 or 8 or 11.... But comes right back.
