93 accord wont start, any ideas?

update
It did turn out to be the ICM (igniter). I don't know why the wires on my Honda aren't the same color code as the schematics. I had to go with an after market ICM since the Honda dealer didn't have one in stock. The after market one was half the price as the dealer. I just hope it lasts since everything I've read says to stick with NEC or Hitachi.
