93 Honda Accord EX NO BRAKE LIGHTS
i just wanna thank everyone who replied to my message and there assistance to help i am gonna try to clean the ground wire and see if that works out also im gonna clean the battery terminals, and the ground and positive wire on the battery and i am gonna try to put the ground for the rear brake lights in a well grounded area. i have tried to use different sockets and different bulbs (all the original nothing different). and i hope i get it to work. im gonna go buy a new brake sensor that goes above the brake pedal. also does anyone think if the bulbs are burnt out in the wing on the trunk, that could be my problem?... sorry i have not replied in a few days i have been dealing with some family problems and other things.

That part on the brake pedal is the brake switch. The brake light sensor is in the trunk on the driver's side tail light housing.
Did you test for voltage on the green/white wire at that brake light sensor? It is part 25/26 on the diagram below.
A quick test for the brake switch is to unplug the brake switch and jump the white/yellow wire to the green/white wire. Use a piece of wire or a paperclip. See if the brake lights turn on.

I for one cannot reach the brake light switch to remove it, I think you need to be Japanese or a midget to undo it. I can touch it with my hand but I cannot undo it.
I would try to jump it with it still clipped in.

Did you check you blinker fluid level? HAHA just kidding, I would say its probably a ground or the bulb holder, you can clean these with baking soda, and very little water and a wire brush, I have a little wire wheel brush that goes on a dremel but I just put it in my cordless drill and whizz that sucker in the holders for 20-30 seconds, works great!
Grab a paperclip, unplug the brake light switch. Ben the paperclip into a U shape. Stick it in both sides of the brake light switch plug. See if the brake lights turn on.
You may also try pushing the plunger on the brake light switch with a screw driver. Sometimes the rubber stopper in the arm that pushes on the brake light switch falls out. Sometimes the plunger in the brake light switch can fall out as well.

i tried all of that and i tried the paper clip and a wire. and yes i checked the ground in the back i was not getting ground so i ran a new ground wire and im now getting ground to it. but to make sure i ran it to the right place it was on the passenger side where there is a big box/computer kinda thing and it was close to the tail light.... maybe there is ground somewhere else?
One dumb question, this isn't a wagon is it? There is a connector on the right rear, just behind/near the rear wheel that can get corrosion......
If I'm reading this correct, you are sending power to the rear from the switch, yet it is not getting there.

no its not a wagon its a coupe but the ground by the rear wheel works fine i connected the test light on it and tested some wires. So i know the ground works other wise i wont be getting any power to my test light. i guess i got no more options left then either take it to get it fixed or junk it huh?
