I have gone thru all the posting and have not seen anything similiar to my problem. Anyway.....my a/t tranny is moving in reverse on P, R, N, 2 and 1 and then the car in neutral in D4 and D3. I have tried changing both solenoid on the tranny, changing the TCM and messing with the cable but all doesn't help. Any help anyone?

 

just to make sure but you've checked your tranny fluid to make sure it looks/smells okay? When you were messing with the cables did you notice if the were moving freely? I'd start by removing the center console and making sure that all the cables are still hooked up. Have somone inside the car move it and make sure that it is all fuctioning properly... I must admit though, that is weird... REALLY weird...
