94 Accord passenger window problem
It probably is a bad window regulator/motor; but, just for giggles, disconnect the electrical connector for the motor. On the motor side, apply 12 volt battery power (+) and ground (-) to the 2-P connector (switching it makes it goes in reverse; up/down). See if the motor/regulator moves.
If the motor is bad and you want to temporarily raise the glass, there are different ways. I heard of some people cutting the regulator cables and moving the glass up (while the glass is still mounted on the regulator frame), then using wire or something to keep the glass up.
Then there's another way, where you unbolt the glass from the regulator and tape the glass to the door frame. Although the glass by itself is relatively light, there is a chance the glass can fall doing this though. (It okay to tape the glass in place during regulator replacement; however, somewhat risky if not replacing regulator yet.) There are two bolts that the glass is mounted onto the regulator metal frame. There are access holes in the door frame to get to the glass mounting bolts. If you can't reach them, you could unbolt the regulator from the door frame, lift the regulator/glass up a bit to the access holes, remove glass mounting bolts. Secure glass up, then remount the regulator to the door frame.
