My speedometer & odometer & cruise control quit working a month ago. Replaced the VSS and everything went back to working normally. Now today my odometer quit working but speedometer & cruise still work. Anybody got any ideas? Replace VSS again?

 

If the cruise is working, I don't think you'd need to replace the VSS again. Have you checked the cluster yet? The solder joints on the circuit board get worn out after awhile, so you may have to re-solder, or replace.

 

Yes, especially since the speedometer still works. The wiring harness to the cluster probably doesn't have anything separate for speedo vs. odometer, so the problem should be within the cluster assembly.

 

The odometer on your car is mechanical. Use your key several times in the trip meter reset slot to see if it will un-stick. See this thread.
