Default 94 accord starting problems!

My car was running great until a couple of days ago. I forgot to check my cars antifreeze and it started to overheat. I stopped and put some in and went to try and start it would start but as soon as I let it idle it would die. I did this a couple of times. After the couple of tries it stopped doing that and it won't even do anything. when I turn the key on all the lights come on and then when I try to start it the car won't even try to turn over. Although it does a buzzing sound but only when I try to start it. Could it be my starter or my starter solenoid?

Failing to run when keyswitch is released suggests a failing keyswitch assy (electrical switch). It is an easy replacement. See youtube for videos on subject. It's an easy 1 hr DIY job.

If gauge panel is dead when keyswitch is turned to On (no Oil, Check Engine, Alt lights), then keyswitch replacement is indicated.

good luck
