ok,after checking everything according to the book,I came up with the tps not working properly,is there an easy fix,do i really have to replace the intake plantum,i found a tps for less than $50 new,wht should i do,the plantum is $600

Couple of choices, a used tb-should be less than the 600 or replace the tps. If you are good with a DVM-which I'm sure you are- then you should be able to install a new one and get the adjustments correct....don't quote me but I think it is .5 at idle and 4.5v at WOT. EDIT: again use the manual for proper settings
What test "failed" the TPS?

ok,thought i read the volt meter right, after goin back and retesting,if i test the way the book says and probe the yellow with blue wire and the green with blue wire, which is the 1 and 3 pins,i get 4.5 volts at both open and closed throttle,if i follow the directions of the new tps, which tells me to probe the 2 and 3 pins,i get 4.5 volts at closed throttle and .5 at open throttle, according to both the new directions and the book,it should read the opposite, now what, where do i go from here

According to the book/manaul I have that is only the first part of the test. Part two-after the @5v at the Yel/Blu and Grn/Blu-From there, re-connect the tps, at the ECU check the voltage between D11 (+) and D22(-) for @4.5v at WOT and @.5v at closed. Then another decision tree depending on the results.
